SOCKS

1. What are the benefits of bamboo socks?

Bamboo socks offer several benefits compared to traditional cotton socks. They feel amazing and very soft, they are eco-friendly, as bamboo is a sustainable and renewable resource. They are also hypoallergenic, making them a great choice for those with sensitive skin. Bamboo socks are breathable, moisture-wicking, and odor-resistant, keeping your feet dry and fresh all day long.

2. How do I determine the right size for bamboo socks?

To determine the right size for bamboo socks, measure your foot length and match it with the corresponding size in the chart. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a comfortable fit.

3. Can I return or exchange bamboo socks?

Yes, you can return bamboo socks within 30 days of receiving them. The socks must be unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@slopesandtown.com.

4. Why are bamboo socks better than cotton?

Bamboo is the fastest growing land plant and can grow 1 meter per day. it is therefore more sustainable than cotton. Also, it does not need pesticides as it naturally makes its own toxin.

5. How shall I wash my bamboo socks?

We recommend to wash your socks at 30 degrees if possible (40 degrees is also fine) and inside out in order to preserve your socks to the best condition. We do not recommend to tumble dry.

6. Why should I wash my socks inside out?

As bamboo is so soft, when washed with more abrasive materials (such as denim), it impacts the out layer and causes damage to the socks.

We typically process orders within 1 business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes between 1-7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to delays.

6. Will I receive a notification once my order has been shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer service at info@slopesandtown.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

7. What are my shipping method options?

We currently ship all web store orders via UPS.

8. How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 50 EUR within the EU. Below 50 EUR , cost depends on your country and can be seen at checkout of your cart.

9. Do you ship internationally?
